Rear Light Layout.

Hi,

I'm planning the rear lights for my indy and am hoping to use s-v-c's "ultrabright led mix'n'match" range. The piccy below shows my ideal and assuming I abide by the correct distances according to SVA can anyone see any problems?

My main area of concern is having the fog light with the all the others. All the cars i have seen have the fog separate and fixed near the centre of the car.

Once again thanks in advance for any comments.

Chris.

fog also has to be seperated from your side / stop lamps by a minimum of 100mm

You could use reflectors inside the stop lights and a separate fog in the middle.

Cheers,
Joao

PS: Which clusters / housings will you be using with this lights?

Thanks for the advice. I'll move fog into the middle as suggested and then reflectors as below. Will they be ok now?

I'm planning to use these mounts: Linky. I know they need some work to fit but hopefully will look good once done.

I think that this way they look better and more side to side balanced, though I would use either round or oval fog light (I'll probably be using 2 round fog lights in the central body, just for looks...)

This is what I've done in the past. I'd like a similar look with LEDs, now...

That cluster will have a 3 mm problem, right?

Cheers,
Joao
