anyone know a link to modify advance on this dizzy or do es anyone know where to puuurchase such item that is adjustable?

Electronics are you friend, lock the advance and use megaspark
like this

bought mine for an XE here http://www.h-h-ignitionsolutions.co.uk/ it looks the same dizzy, but without the vacuum advance. They might be of some
help anyway.
