Where can I buy these lights?

Anyone have any ideas where i can get a pair of these rear light units?
or ones that look like these?

They're about 8" wide and about 1.5" to 2" high.
Ideally LED.

I would suspect they are simlar to the above with vinyl overlayed to create the small circles.

I know CBS is always reassuringly expensive, but £36 for a single is well over the going rate.
First seller I found on ebay is £46 the pair. eBay Item
