which is the right fog lamp relay?
I want to do my fog lamp properly, so what relay set up do I need?
IVA says it should be switched on with dipped beam, and go off and stay off when lights or ignition is turned off, and not come on until deliberately
switched on again. Also, be able to switch off again, without having to turn the headlights off
Is there a relay which will close by momentary switch, and use another set of contacts to stay closed when powered, and go off when power is cut?
Dont want to spend 30 quid, plus post plus vat for the cbs controller, or a buzzer
I'm sure its possible to do with 2 relays, but I cant get my head around it. Someone must've found a good way?

What's wrong with taking the feed directly from the dip beam circuit? If you must use a relay then nit needs switching by the dip circuit , no
need for any special relay, the fog lamp is only 21w

Dont worry its been confirmed that its not a requirement for kit cars.
A revision will be added to th next manual update.

Ah nice I thought I saw that written last year, yet it still in there now.
Cool, panic for nothing then
No relay required then (its led, its only something like 0.2 amps)
