Definative Switch/warning light List- IVA Friendly

guys i searched and cant find a definitive switch list I appreciate everyone's needs are different but there must be a common theme for cars wishing to pass IVA, my motivation for this is purely im about to order my switches and dont want to miss any and pay postage twice, and thought it could be useful for others

so here goes

General:
1. Engine Start (or key) - if switch should be momentary

2. Driving Lights - requires warning light either in switch or separate light - latching switch - warning light must be green???

3. Headlights - requires warning light either in switch or separate light - latching switch - warning light must be green???

5. Main Beam - requires warning light either in switch or separate light - latching switch - warning light must be blue???

5/6. Indicator Right / Left (or stalks) - one warning light for both switches - if switch should be latching

7. Hazard Lights - Requires warning light in switch or separate light - latching switch - warning light must be red???

8. Horn (or on steering wheel) - Momentary switch

9. Brake Fluid Warning Light - Warning Light Only - Must be red???

10. Fog Lamp - Only works when Side Lights / Main Beam are active - Latching Switch

If Windscreen Fitted:
1. Wipers - could someone confirm if different speeds of wipers are required for IVA? - Latching Switch

2. Windscreen Wash - momentary switch

BEC:
1. Reverse Button - Momentary switch

Optional: (im sure there is millions of things i could put in here)
1. Radiator Fan - Latching

Im happy to add anything, though Im not sure how long i can edit the first post for?

here's a photo showing all of mine. my auto electrician came ot measure up for my loom and agreed i'd got everything i need

Description
Description

so in the big black plate,
indicator (green), hazard (red), main beam (blue), brake fluid (red) with push button switch, indicator (green)

side/headlight warning can be the gauge illumination or a green lamp

big starter button in red, horn button on the other side in smaller red

two smaller plates are fuel gauge and rev counter

toggle switches down the side, top to bottom:
indicators left/right
headlights off/on1/on1+2
main/dip switch
fog with small amber led warning to be glued in

the 2 holes next to the toggles, one will be a key switch, the other blanked off

the two at the bottom, 1 red charge light, one amber oil pressure

there is a hazard switch missing in that photo though, but Richard from World of Wiring reckons i've got everything covered there

Add fog lamp switch which must only be switchable when side lights (and driving and full) are on
Hand brake & brake fluid can be combined using handbrake switch as test switch for fluid level

I thought that the Fog was not supposed to come on with sidelights only, just Dip and Main beam?

It looks like the Midget is winning at the moment......

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1
