Saw these and thought of you!

I've got my rear lamps fitted, but I have a VW LT46 minibus in for rust repairs (its only 2 years old - they all rust REALLY badly).

The lamps have an angled base, much shallower than the standard westfield items, so they could be fitted higher.

The conversion was done by Courtside Conversions (01884 256048) if anyone is interested Rescued attachment AltRearLamps.jpg

The 'new' LT is basically a Mk1 Sprinter built under licence, Mrecedes got it right with the Mk2, but VW are stuck with the terrible LT mk1

Those look like tractor light clusters, hence the shallow angle and long rubber block. Most modern tractors use a notional rear mudguard that has these fitted at height.

They were on sale locally in the Farmers mart to fit various tractors.

New book coming out soon!!!!

Build your own tractor for £250 and plough with it. Anybody know where I can get some 20" x 14" rear wheels and a Massey back axle.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
