Plug Leads for a Coil Pack

I currently have a distributor, but will soon be going megasquirt, running spark only initially.

I've noticed that 2nd generation coil packs don't have clip on leads, so will I be able to use my existing plug leads?

Are you going 1 coil per cylinder or 2 -- if going 2 just get a pair of Rover 4 cylinder K series must be circa about 2001 model year (early than that had distributers and later had plug top coils shared between 2 cylinders)

Sorry, but I don't know what that means.

I'm thinking of using one of these as it looks like the sparkplug leads I am using with my distributor will plug straight in.
Anyone know if they will?
