what is the opinion on this? totallly re cycled, shopping trolly tube 2CV light.

Will this pass SVA without any other covering?

radii all look ok, but how is the aim adjusted?

Looks like there is a sharp bit at the bottom

Might need to trim the finger nails..... other than that lad it looks good.

The bit sticking out the bottom is the locator on the headlight rim I was thinking about a dob of silicone on that.

Aim is adjusted by loosening the mounting bolt and physically moving the headlight. it sits on a curved washer that is welded to the tube and has a curved recess so it is easy to point where you want.
