Anybody know where to get plugs for making a loom with various Bosch sensors?
I can get the junior-timer housings from all the usual kit car sources, so injector plugs etc are ok, but the modern bosch hall-effect sensors and
pressure sensors have a different plug, with more rounded ends. I need about 6 of them, all 3 pin iirc.
Called Bosch tech uk and they referred me to their stockists, but my most local pair haven't a clue!!
sensor like the one on the left in this pic:

i guess you're not keen to wander round a scrap yard, cut off the connectors from a car (or bike) and solder up the connectors to a loom.
same problem over here...
i had it with a temp sensor.
in the bosch data sheet they refer to the connector. but it isnīt a bosch number.
my local BOSCH Car Service has no clue 2.
if you find them please share it with me.
Tks
if you look in the fuel injection section TKS I have posted a link to a Bosch catalogue on there and it has the Bosch part numbers for all the plugs for each sensor, but my stockist doesn't have them in stock!

well my stockist doesnīt has a clue what to do with that number.
i recon there are online bosch shops.
sow we could try there en just buy a bunch. its always a neat solution for making looms.
i now have just soldered to the pins and PUed the terminals.
crimped some normal connextors to it and done.
Tks
NS - Could you not get them ordered in if they're not in stock??
Are you trying to avoid mail order or can you not get them fullstop?
What about people who develop ECUs such as Motec or Emerald?
I guess the reason that they are hard to find is down to modern car maintenance techniques - Dealers will be more inclined to replace a sub loom than
a faulty or damaged connector.
The only people looking for the connectors will be DIYers or small garages.
