From bike ignition IIRC from the 12R

1. Parking Lights
2. Line In
3. Line Out
4. Feed to ECU (after Resistor from bottom of original Kwak Ignition Barrel)

If you don't have this resistor fed (IIRC it's the grey wire) wire you will have no spark and fuel pump wont work.

Hi

so i do need the resistor even with the orginal kawsaki ignition

ch1ll1 - 18/8/06 at 03:46 PM

not if you have the ignition lock (barrel and key) connected to it

Hello,

I'm also using a zx9r in my MK indy, don't know if it will help you, but iff you take a look at my website, i've explained how to start the engine.

You could bypass the fuelpump relay and connect the pump directly to the battery..
Have you also shortened the sidestandswitch and neutralwistch...???

And yes you need a 100 ohm resistor if youre not going to use the ignition key..
