i've been given a coil for from a 2ltr sierra and I'm not sure about the other connections on it.
there seems to be a small can with a metal connector on it. I would like to know how to connect this. I assume it earths to the chassis, but which terminal does it connect to on the coil. The picture shows the can on the right mounting bolt, but it isn't connected to anything. Help !

thats a supressor for the radio,doubt youl be needing it

Many thanks, that is one less thing to worry about. Will neaten up the installation as well
