GSXR 750 Vacuum Pipes
Just got some throttle bodies and have a question. (there going on a vaux XE)
GSXR 750 SRAD 1999
1. Is vacuum, but is it meant to be blanked off like the others or does it go somewhere?
2. Believe this is Fuel Return from the Pressure Reg?
3. Makes that Fuel In straight into the fuel rail?
Time to take them apart and start measuring up to make an inlet manifold and fuel rail
Thanks in advance

hi ben you can link the vacum pipes together and just block of the end one as for the fuel pipe it depends on if you are going to separate the boddies
if so then the fuel rail is no good if you need more info let me know

Blank 1 off, or connect all of the ports together and use them to connect to the external fuel pressure reg.
2 is probably the vacuum connection to the pressure reg on the fuel rail?
3 is the main fuel feed.
You'll need a 10.8mm drill for the fuel rail, dill it nice and slow and chamfer the holes otherwise you'll rip the o-rings on the
injectors.

Sorry to hijack this thread...
but the injectors on this setup have the same colour as mine, but i could not find any info (capacity) on the interweb. mine have the markings: 31
730 and 3380 and came off a GSXR 750 looking exactly like tho one on the photos.
does anyone know what capacity they have? Or where to find it?
any info gratefully recieved.!
BTW the info regarding the connections i s correct,
1) vacuum connection for balancing the bodies, and should normally be blocked off
2) fuel return from regulator
3) High pressure fuel from pump to fuel rail.

According to this website
Pre 2000 injectors are 190cc/ms
The rest are on the website too
