Been hard at work today.
Finished making the throttle body adaptors which bolt directly to the Weber intake manifold. This meant I could keep the existing manifold, and not
sheel out for a fabricated one.
TB Adaptor
These were then fitted using the original Weber misab plates and thackery washers. This wasnt really necessary, but it saved me making my own
gaskets!
Fitted adaptors
The throttle bodies were respaced to suit the original carb spacing (90mm centres on each pair and 105mm between the centre 2) and then coupled to the
adpators using 45mm silicone hose. Clamped together with the exhaust style clamps.
Fitted TB's
I am pretty pleased with the result so far. Just need to put the fuel pipes in place, and make the fuel rail. (Something for tomorrow!)

Where did you get your barstock David ?
A quick look on the net adds upto £45 ish for 200mm of the stuff.
If you've got 750 bodies, the standard head mounting flanges from the bike will fit directly onto the weber manifold...
GSXR750 TBs On Zetec Pic 5
Only trouble is they're £25-35 EACH new!!
I made sure my bodies came with them...

good effort - the adapters are machined from one or to pieces of aluminium?
Adaptors made from 100mm alu bar. All one piece.
I happened to have some laying about at work, so didnt cost me anything
David
Just FYI, I found the amount of throttle body to attach the hose to...too small....I just did not trust it, I ended up making some brackets to hold
the TB's on (as well as the rubber hose).....
The last thing you want is for those to come off while driving!!!.
Thanks for that tip Jenko, I might well do something similar! Cracking idea.
They do seem to be well held by the clamps (a good hard pull didnt move them anywhere) but better safe than sorry and all that
