Im up for a gear one. I had my handbrake done by the guy on eBay who makes them from italian leather - £10 for just a handbrake gaiter - cheap as chips.

Its a "westfield" one which is obviously the same as Sierra.

If you could measure it that would be great! so i know the sizes when its layed out flat and ill take it from there! because i would hate them to rip on full pull or sumthing!!

I can buy left over hides from my mate who install car systems 1/4 hides are £30-£50 for decent thick ones depending on size ill sell them for as cheap as i can make them!

What about surrounds?? or how do people attach to there tunnel??

Ill measure it best I can in its stitched up state and send you a photo or 2.

I think for a surround, something which sandwiches the leather gaiter to the tunnel but nice and thin so it can be shaped.

Heres the photo. It consists of 4 pieces, top bottom left and right.

Any other measurements just shout.

Carbon effect plastic might look good and its pretty flexible. Could be handy to get it into the dish of the tunnel in front of the handbrake
