good day in the garage, bodywork fits great
i had a good day in the garage today fitting body panels, header tank, fuse panel etc!
i must say the mnr fibreglass bodywork is of excellent quality and fits absolutely spot on! the pannels are an excellent fit and all the gaps between
pannels are even and very close!

Nice looking motor btw, always heard nothing but good comments about MNR so not surprised.
A good mornings work, does that count!
I made a jig for chopping my blacktop sump, went overboard as usual but its there to loan to others if it turns out good!
Few more in my gallery below.
Cheers

Nice fit, Daniel, looks good..... I like the yellow chassis, too - there's a few of us non-black chassis guys around!

Sump chopper looks ok, Richard - appreciate it needs to be cut straight, but how is it going to reach at the ends?

It does go around the corners just, I plan to put a couple of blobs of weld around the cut line on the front end that will act as a guide for the
hacksaw on the bit in the middle of the end that the cutting wheel can't get to. The other end will be built up so it will go around that end.
This should ensure it all stays flat.
Only going to do the cut after I've built up the shallow end, hopefully this will preventing it warping with the welding a little if in remains
intact until the last moment, no gaps should mean minimal pulling so should minimise warping which is my main reason why I'm doing this!
Does seem a little excessive though!!
