CF Paddleshift

Ditched the heavy Paddles and spent some time on this project...saved almost 0,5Kg and is of course totaly unnecessary.
Did my own CF lamination including Polyetuharane filets for some structural strenght in the lamination (epoxi).

nice job.

you can save even more wieght if you trim the pink bolts - you only need one thread exposed beyond the nylock.

Would you by any change have a pet monkey?

Could you put the bonnet down on the car in the background in the 1st pic please - quality wall coverage

Nice paddles - you might find the ally centre piece bends - mine did.

Good observation, my plan was to only drill them ali bolts thru the stem.

PINK, they are red (bad camera). I hate pink unless it´s somewhere on my woman

Nice work!
But ditch the red bolts for some black or plain ally ones. Or stainless, if you accept the weight penalty. Or titanium even....

And un-necessary details are a must!

Geoff.
