Looks good, need to ditch those wheels ASAP though!
Answer to you q's
1, yes fit them
2, not needed
3, goto an electrical wholesalers and ask for cable gland covers (25mm dia)
4, not needed but you can fit central heating pipe lagging if you want.
5, Definately fit
I would also fit edge trim to the seats and harness holes, also edge trim on the triangular harness plates and nut cover on the harness bolts.
I have a picture of mine fitted with the MNR loan equpment I will post later.

Heres mine on the day I passed. Apart from (to make it look cleaner) nut covers on the front suspension and a bit of shrink wrap round the steering
arms there was nothing else needed as the indicator bar took everything out of the test. Notice no trim round the mudguards?
Only other thing I did was put some rubber trim along the inside return of the body in the cabin.
4. Nothing o n the bars under the scuttle. Not a problem. He did say the bottom edge of the dash was no good but i had a piece of 15mm pipe insulation
to attach to the back of the lower edge.
