front upright on mnr

just want to check this before i rivet up the bodytub.
how plumb(in line) should the two rod eyes be on the top and bottom bones.
the bottom bones are not handed but the top are.
i have tried the top bone on what i think is the right way but the eyes are 25mm out of line,so tried other side the other way and they are more in line but 15mm the other way out of line.

Top wishbone should be closer to the rear of the car - this makes the steering do all sorts of nice things. Which ever way gives you the most offset (ie closest to rear of car) is right.

The top ones are fine, the lower ones should be swapped left to right I believe. We had exactly the same thing. Put the lower wishbones on so that the circlip is on the bottom and the pushroud mount as well (correct on your pic) and make sure that the pushrod itself is as straight when compared to the pivot linkage as possible. This will probably mean in your case that you need a left-right swap.
