Plastic rivet head cover thingys.....
Cant find a supplier.....
Many moons ago I was given a handful of yellow plastic caps that cover/snap onto rivet heads, they where in a cabinet at IFS and when I asked about
them, he said take them we don't stock them they where put in there by a rep. Been back no one remembers which company rep put them in there.
Anyhow I have took the bull by the horns and decided too replace one of the side panels due too accident damage, would like too get hold of some of
these plastic caps or maybe green rivets, I can fine black and white ones but not green.
Any ideas chaps ?

Here is a poor pic I have just taken too maybe give you an idea what I am trying too describe.
Tried with flash but it just whites out the photo.

I can get metal inserts that you tap into a rivet head - if thats any good. I'll try to find one and post a picture.

that's better.
hmm, never seen them before. Use to seeing the rivets. I am going to do the rivets along the outside of the panels and just fill the little hole with
a dab off filler.
but those look fine, quite racey.

I've seen the type of push in covers for flat pack furniture screws (like in the link above) but not anything small enough for rivet heads -
they must be really tiny.

The nylon caps that primary fasteners here look quite nifty but I would think that the nylon might make
the joint a bit loose after a while as it settles down.
