The third brakelight would normally be more visible mounted in the roll bar.

Raz

I've got my first two brake lights on the back panel already - a third one on the panel wouldn't be much higher, if at all. I did consider the rollbar but it looked like a bit of a fag (Note: I'm not American ) to do the wiring etc. Rescued attachment 2006-09-17 3 ST rear.JPG

Have a look at the unit from the mk1 MX5 - mounted flush in the boot.

That's what I'll be looking at installing on mine (I'd like it on the roll bar, but mine's a race rollbar, and I don't want a. wires cable tied to the bar and b. can't drill holes as it'll make it unfit for racing)

£!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try www.mx5parts.co.uk - same thing for half the price (still pricey, but it's the little touches that make the cars in my opinion)

Roll Bar mounted one from S.V.C i belive they also do one you can flush into the back panel, like the idea of it on the roll bar as its a lot higher than the back panel and about eye height of any one behind!
