Powdercoated wheels

Hi All:

After a huge fiasco where the tire mounting facility damaged my wheels, I finally got them back. I think the black wheels really complete the look of the car and the tires are very, very sticky!

Thanks! They're just little MX-5/Miata wheels with a splash of color. But it really made the car look different (IMHO).

Like the look a lot

Question - do the Mazda wheels fit onto Ford hubs or have you used Mazda running gear?

According to the list:
http://www.alloywheelsinternational.com/MAZDA.html
they will not fit Ford. They also have a big offset too.

Sounds like they won't fit Ford hubs. I used Miata bits on my build.

That bench vice broke right in the middle of a locost project. Rather than give up for the night, I welded it back together. It no longer spins! In fact, I did a big no-no and welded right through the powder coat.

I plan on replacing it one day, but it has not broken since That whole workbench under the vice is is getting thrown away. The new 16 foot workbench is right behind it.
