Rear Arches

I am going to fit the rear mud guards tomorrow and i am wondering if u have to put them flush with the botom off the side and rear panels

You don't HAVE to, but that's how most people fit them. If you fit them lower down ie, closer to the wheel, you may have clearance problems on suspension travel.

and the rear...

As Mr Hellfire says you don't HAVE to but I have had no problems with mine and I am running 195/50 15's
