So much for my glassing!

Nearly 2500 miles and nothing has fallen off - it was bound to happen sooner or later!
Will have to make sure I thoroughly rough up the underside of the next set of arches that I fit!

Unlucky fella. Is there any way to stop the damned things breaking off!.
If it isin't the bracket its the wing itself

We've lost 2 in about 3k miles both due to welds on our adaptations of the brackets fatigueing

Are those tyres Avon A539s?

I think that is exactly what my wheel arches will look like after a couple of thousand miles, as i have fixed them in exactly the same way, and have the same tyres!

2500 miles isnt bad really for a locost. How long did it take you to do that?

Used P40 on the brackets, left the arches on over night, then glasses over on the back of the bracket with 2 sheets with the weave layed at 45 degrees to each other.
Yep, A539's and 2500 miles since last August - and car's been off road since December!
Will be Sikaflexing my next car when it's finished!
