are dzus fasteners for bonnet fasteners sva compliant?ive seen them on some westfields and caterhams.

If you are talking about the usual slot head Dzus they are ghastly things - hate them, there are much better 1/4 turn fasteners available which are
most certainly IVA compliant I use them on the Furore see pic below

I got them from speciality fasteners IIRC
I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator
