Extraction vents

Hi Folks

I need to get some holes in my bonnet, and want to cover them with some of these(sorry for nicking your picture Dave):

Dave got these from Carbon copies, but I have goggled them, and they appear to have gone out of business.

Anyone any ideas on where I might get them from?

cheers
