I have been seemingly working on my boot lid and fuel filler for weeks. My work as got in the way but I thought I might post up some pictures.

Managed t o rescue a old disabled ramp from work and it used a 2mm sheet of ali checker plate. Some trim and ALOT of sawing and grinding. The fuel
filler is a Rover one from the scrappy that I 'turned' top for using a bit of 3mm ali sheet. I drilled a hole in the ali sheet and put a
bolt through it. I then stuck the bolt in a 240v drill and clamped the drill in a vice. I used a metal reamer as a tool to turn the metal. I made
the fuel filler fit by using some Polyprop 12mm offcuts from work.
I don't know if the fuel filler will pass IVA or not. Can any see any reason why not.
