Afternoon all

After much consideration i'm leaning towards using these catches for retaining my bonnet.

I was considering placing them on the top of the bonnet as opposed to the side.

Has anyone done this and would anyone whose used these for bonnet catches in any format kindly post some pictures of how they've fitted the eyelet rods inside the engine bay area.

Thanks all
Nigel

Not fitted on a 7, but on a Spire GTR - take a look at www.blackbird-gtr.co.uk, and look at the body page. Might give you a bit of an idea how we did it. (well, how swmbo's dad did it. I helped. A bit.)

HTH,

Vince

My catches are fitted in the conventional manner but have proved very easy to operate and never failed.
Heres some pics
