Mini door hinges? Or some other old car

Castrol Dave - 15/5/07 at 09:27 PM

Hi,

plan to use these on the Melos, when all the bling goes on...

Hinges

if that does not work go to Europa Specialist Spares > Brightwork > Hinges

cadebytiger - 15/5/07 at 09:28 PM

would you need a metal bonnet? I guess so

jonno - 15/5/07 at 09:30 PM

Mine is currently using narrow hinges, bolted onto bodywork and bonnet.

it just opens back to the screen doesn't appear to show any stree cracks.. but i may re-inforce the new ones just in case!

Gaz 1977 - 16/5/07 at 07:49 AM

i would like to see the underside of the bonnet to see what sort of support they have

CAD Monkey - 16/5/07 at 09:55 AM

they also look a bit like the boot hinges that are fitted to the Pilgrim Sumo that Mark Evans builds in A Car is Born if that helps

sgraber - 19/5/07 at 05:56 AM

early Mazda Rx-7 rear decklid hinges.
