My engine sticks out the car by, 10 inchs from the top chassis bar, and bonnet is only 8inches high!

what are my options, i was thinking of using a scooby roof scoop!

how high is your sump of the ground? could you not fabricate new mountings and lower it?

The main reason behind the choice should be airflow and not aesthetics. You want to keep the air direction as direct as possible - putting a scoop in the wrong place may set up a positive pressure under the bonnet and actually harm the cooling effect.

I'm making a bulge for my Fury at the moment, and have a bulge mould that may fit your requirements.

Hoping to wax it up this week and pull the first part from it. Rough plaster of paris positive buck can be seen in my photo archive.

Part to be pulled will be black, BTW.
