Very similar to a series one lotus seven.

P.S. I think Flogging the holy heck, roughly translates to driving very quickly

I have done searching under "Kurtis Offenhauser" and have not found it- did find some beauties though. Pretty sure its not the series one- but will do more searching under that.
Thanks
Dale

Allard?

It is a kurtis, I saw one racing at Coys historic a few years ago. It was strong on the straights, but about 40mph slower on the bendy bits, typically american!

Sorry Dale, should have said the rear wings are similar to a series one Lotus seven.

Seem to remember the one I saw for sale... Ohhh, 20 years ago, was Cadillac powered with disk brakes adapted from a P-51 fighter plane.

Thanks kindly. Now all I have to do is find a rear shot of one for some ideas. The back of the series one is somewhat similar as well. Still not certain of the look of the ass end yet I want to use.
