Have done a quick search and, quite surprisingly, found nothing of relevance.
Can anyone tell me the radius they've used for their scuttle? There doesn't seem to be much in the book other than "see plan",
which should prolly read "see nondescript plan."
Cheers,
Chris.
Edit - Have just found some plans, courtesy of Mix, in a previous thread
(http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/viewthread.php?tid=19416).
Prolly gonna go with his 128mm, but if anyone's done different I'd love to know.

The original book suggests 3 inches radius, I havent got the second edition with me but I'm pretty sure it's the same in there.
cheers
Chris
I took the nosecone radius and redrew the dimensions for the scuttle width and height, everything now lines up smoothly

I marked out the profile of the nose onto a piece of 5mm mdf then overdrew according to my required height and width (ie front of scuttle) and cut
that out. I clamped that piece of wood to its proper place on car and put nosecone onto car and using a big stick with pen attached scribed the shape
of the rear of the scuttle onto another piece of mdf also held in the right place!!
