Boot Cover

Hi All

Recently got my hands on a part finished BEC. Other than the usual fiddly bits that take an age to finish the car appear to have been well built in the right areas. One of the main problems the ali is a little untidy where it has been formed and riveted over the top tube at the rear of the car. Does anyone manufacture a rear load tray that would cover this up? If so a picture, and supplier would really help.

Thanks....

I've just come across that problem!

I tried it on the curves where your elbows sit till the roll bar, I made fibre glass covers which curve around the tube and bond onto the inside panels. I used tape(lots) and some releasing agent so that it didn't stick onto the body. After ulpholstery it should look snazzy.

planning to do the same for the boot only joining the covers to the bin to make it one complete unit.

The untidy bits could probably be hidden with a fabric cover. Like this ....
