Looking at fitting some aerocatches to my mk indy bonnet, there are two types that are suitable flush and plush flush, which type have people used on
here on fibreglass bonnets?

Plus Flush are the ones that sit on top of the surface, so these are probably better unless you want to spend time neatening the cuts you make in the
bonnet.
The flush ones are mounted on the underside so the cut out needs to be close to perfect.

And the thickness of the fiberglass must be similar to the depth of the lip on the catch, else it the catch will either be recessed or stand proud of the surface rather than being flush.
I fitted the flush ones to the bonnet of my Mac#1 Worx, i'll post some photos later to show you how they look.
I fitted the flush ones to my bonnet. Took a long time to get the cuts perfect but looks really good.
Sikaflex'd on and going to fibreglass over the top for added safety.
I'm not too sure what to do at the front as I don't want another set but can't find an alternative at the mo.
Ive been pondering over these for a few months
I was planning on using the flush fitting and just sikaflexing in place, 2 with locks and 2 without was my plan
but I cant decide on the white or the carbon and the cost is a killer to hold the bonnet in place
Flush ones in my case - when painted they almost disappear.
