Hi all, has anyone taken a MK INDY for the IVA test with side pannels open at the front suspension area, and had any problems, as i was told they now
have to be fully enclosed.

I hope not coz thats how mine are but I have put some edge trim on to keep the tester happy.

thats how mine are it passed sva with edge trim on the panel dont know if any different now. it doesnt let much dirt in and its been used in some fairly horid weather
I've seen plenty like this but as for passing IVA not sure but dont see what the problem would be providing no shap edges.

I think you might have a problem.
In IVA they limit how much lurid green paint you are allowed as you may inadvertently dazzle a pedestrian as you run them over.
Seriously though so long as edges and protrusions are protected it shouln't be an issue.
just being reading the IVA manual chapter 16 Exterior Projections i hope ive read it wrong.
Is it the weird camera angle or is that braided hose toooo short?
think it should be fine.

Looks like the panel is fouling the trailing edge of the lower arm aswell..
Hi all, the side pannel is not fitted its just a trial fit to use as a example to explain the question better, sorry for the confusion,
