I've only ever seen one MC and it seems as if you have a schedule and stick to the times etc. you can't go wrong as no one else seems to know what's going on and are all lost in the moment. Give your ushers a 10 minute heads up to hold the doors etc., take the groom to one side and make sure he knows where to stand, the bride'll just fall into place. Let the best man and maid of honour know where they're stood, sitting and in what order people are to leave and they'll sort that. It's just about knowing the script and dishing out the roles accordingly and being able to tell people to shut up for the speeches. I wouldn't flap about it, just plan your time and order of events in company with your mate.

You only need to sort out 3 things for him:-

1. Passport

2. Taxi to the airport

3. One way ticket to the other side of the world.
