Touch up the welds?
He means where the load of old angle iron he's used isn't bolted together then?
Disc front brakes - that'll be to stop the front end when the back takes off on its own?
Don't get me wrong - I'm all for innovative engineering but there are limits...

Oh dear, maybe someone should give him a book that tells him about using triangles in a chassis.

The brake disc will at least stop the chassis hitting the road when a tyre goes.

He has obviously chosen the radiator position for max airflow

Have you seen the kink in the radiator hose?

I've seen stronger tent frames than that chassis

They build that?

If that holds together under foot to the floor conditions it'll definately leave a brown trail!

I can see what's happened - he's finally realised that you can't drive the chain downwards on a gsxr due to a combination of castings, clutch mount plate and gear selector shaft - Almost came a cropper in R4 and that's driving chain rearwards!
