Hmm don’t know about it being an astronaut, there’s quite a lot of equipment there and it could just be a refection of some shiny surface

Apparently it was taken with a telescope by an earth-bound amateur.
It is a bit of the space station, and the little speck is a space-walking astronaut doing some maintenance. Allegedly.

Nice picture Whippy. Is it just me but does it not make you wish that that was you standing there looking down and then just wanting to dive off into
the background (albeit impossible I appreciate!)
