It looks like dogs and people on the same jumper, you can see the bulges at the back which could be heads, the elbows look at the right distance from
those heads.
Couple of well behaved dogs, happy to sit with a jumper round them and only eat the food off forks, rather than going nose 1st into the bowl....
Might be way off but have to agree it is very good.

I'd like to know how that started in fullscreen and about 2 mins in!
Looks like they had to keep pushing the dog's heads away from the plates..

It's obviously dog's heads and brains transplanted onto human body, duh! Why do we have to overthink everything?
