There's a few things that don't add up to me
Why did the steering lock come on after two corners?
If they hit that post on the passenger side where did the driver's side headlight go?
Why the hell was he filming it?

LOL what a couple of dime bars.

Well that was the furthest round the steering wheel had been - about 180 degrees and the lock seemed to click in.

I imagine the headlights are on the floor somewhere near the pole with the rest of the front of the car. The impact and/or tow vehicle has clearly ripped off the bumper taking the headlights with it.

No wait - FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKE!! I can see teh pixels :p

Exactly my point, most cars I've had click that lock on at under 45 degrees

Yeah it is odd it clicks in at 180 degrees. Never had a scooby though. Maybe something to do with the aftermarket wheel/boss?
