I had to do it once at night, after looking for the missing belt by the roadside, on bugs, Gen fail light is a no go, as the belt turns the cooling fan.
So if the light goes on, you have to STOP your engine soon.
I wish I had seen this before as I may have been prepared to do it as quick...
I was shaking as a Loped cammed engine at idle!!
Still have 10 fingers
