Photoshop, Cutting him out and moving him up a bit.

It's hard to see any seams due to the high compression, but under his feet you can see a small amount of shadow where they cut him out badly.

Edit, not the best job ever (too drunk) it's a pretty easy job to do.

Even easier if you have a tripod and take 2 photos, one without the subject in.

well i'm disappointed - all the others I think are done by posiitoning the camera.

Yup, there's a lot of really fun stuff you can do with some ingenuity and a camera.

The cleverest that photo will have got is 2 photos (one without the bloke in) to avoid any cloning in the sea
