mostly nonsense, since time is not in base 60 anyway. If it were, we would need extra symbols from 10 to 59.

it is a base 60 system but represented with decimal figures. Not a "true base 60", granted, but still "base 60". Even babylonians only had unique figures for 1 - 10.

Well that guy appears to want to make people's head's hurt...

And yet another idea of mine, stolen after about 5 years from when I thought it up...

Makes sense to me, just looks a bit daft, I'd like hours minutes and seconds not some "stardate"
