Clocks "fall " back in the winter and "spring" forward in the spring easy way to remember. P.S. You get an extra hour in bed

bugger im up an hour early then
oh no im not, my clock changed itself! 
just need to change my LCB settings, if you put the clock to azores GMT -1 then it reads right...

After 48 hours in Newcastle on a stag do paintballing and heavy drinking that extra hour was exceptionally welcome!!!!
