Its not a cartoon
its 3 guys playing an online computer game, who have acted out the episode playing the game whilst recording it.
The only point is, its very clever

Ok i get it now, childrens game consoles X box and the likes.
They should get out more 
Although my son and i did enjoy the lego italian job,very funny.
