We used to do something like that with talc on top of those ceiling fans. Seemed funny at the time.

Didn't seem at all funny to me, at about the same level as trip wires and stuff balancing on top of doors

For real? I was in stitches. I'm as sympathetic as the next guy but that got replayed with the volume up! She'll be laughing at the look on her face by now...

Perhaps I should have made it clearer just what my objection was, which was that she would have got quite a bit of powder in her eyes, nose and mouth.

I daresay that the discomfort has passed now, and maybe she will even laugh at it, but at the time it must have been downright unpleasant.

I have no objection to the type of humour that frightens people briefly (such as people bursting out of cakes etc) but care should be taken to ensure that no real discomfort is caused. Blowing a load of talcum powder into an unsuspecting person's face does not fall into this category.

John

Does anybody actually believe that any of these 'you've been framed' videos are real and not set up.

The main problem is that all powders, even non flammable ones, will explode if they are in a cloud and heat is applied, so maybe a hair dyer is not such a good idea?

I'm sure he's not the first one to end up as a dart board, being drunk and disorderly in a pub seems to have been going on for quite a few century’s...
