He slammed that thick skull in to the asphalt?

I saw this happen to a kid on a cheap and nasty mountain bike, he was very badly injured and having seizures from his head injury while I called the ambulance.

Only a total retard goes on a bike without a helmet.

As Mr. W says No helmet + bike = Moron, especially one trying to pull a stoppie....
