Anyone know how this works?

Its not that difficult really, the first screen where you pick a colour you are narrowing the number choices down to 5 only.

The second screen does nothing, the third with the houses gives you 5 options to choose from, each of the 5 houses has one of the 5 choices from earlier so it is possible to define your choice at that point.

Simple if you think about it really.
