Why should I bother to remember Rover model numbers - I don't like them and wouldn't buy one, they've stopped making them, plus all
sorts of other reasons.

Not that I can talk. I emailed a supplier in the week, asking him to contact me - gave my adress. He emailed back and asked for the phone number. I
emailed back and said sorry for the mistake. Next email from him was no prob, but what about the phone no!
