Driving that horrid steel box so close to a vulnerable motorcyclist is life threatening endangerment level stupidity.

But put in the added factors of....
Driver trying to impress a female passenger.
Driver trying to impress or out-perform the bikers.
Driver filming the drive, so he is obviously going to act up for his wider audience.
Heavy congestion.
Driving incredibly close to the bikes.
Weaving through traffic.
Waving at the bikers to try and get them to pick up a chase.

All those factors just scream out to me that the guy is a prize cock that doesn't deserve a nice car as its likely to be wrapped round a tree very soon.
