Tend to agree, that ball looks to be about 15mm diameter, embedded in his head where there is little flesh, I'm pretty sure he'd be

It may be fake but in principlal probably could quite easily happen
Had air rifle pelets come right back at you. Hit something hard and a steel ball bearing bounces very well
